Tonight we started our meeting with a little coloring. The boys colored the Arizona State flag and learned some facts about the flag.
We then played a couple of memory games that had questions about the Arizona and United States Flags.
Next we played a little match game with ways to stop a cold or ways to spread a cold.
When we were done with this we broke into two groups with one group learning how to fold the flag of the United States of America and the other group demonstrated how to take care of a minor cut.
We handed out a sheet of Rules of Courtesy for Bowling. Please go over this with your boy. Next week we will meet at Tri-City Bowl at 5:30 for our den meeting. The boys will take a short quiz on these rules before we start bowling.
We ended our meeting with a little bowling. The boys each got two turns to knock down water bottles using a whiffle ball.
Just a reminder that you need to sign off in the scouts books when they have completed any achievements or electives.
