Tonight we worked on and completed Electives 14b, 14c and 14d. I read my favorite story about a pet "Stanley's Party".
Next, Crystal had a Faith In God Moment with the boys (this will be a monthly thing from now on). She went over the Second Article of Faith. The boys were given two handouts. The first one is a sheet that they can hang up and mark off the Faith in God requirements as they complete them. The second one is a handout that Crystal prepared regarding the Faith In God Moment. She encouraged them to use this for a Family Home Evening Lesson that they could teach.
Our final activity was to dip fortune cookies in chocolate and add sprinkles. They then packaged them in little Chinese takeout containers to give as gifts to someone they are "fortunate" for.
We ended out meeting thanking Jacob for being the excellent scout that he is and wishing him well in the Bear Den. We gave him Bear Handbook and a Bear Pen as a going away gift.
